After dealing and being disrespected by everyone from the "head mechanic", warrenty writer and Joel the "dealer principal" merit ford in carlyle over a simple issue. I called Senchuks and the service writer was aware of a ford service bulletin about the exact issuse i was having. The service writer seemed to be night and day more knowledgeable than anyone at merit ford in carlyle.
