The worst customer service we’ve ever had. The manager of the body shop was very rude to us. We were recommended by one person in the body shop to get a certain product which we did, and then were told by another body shop employee after we got it installed on our vehicle that it was an awful product. Very disappointed with the service after spending thousands of dollars.
I was driving from Saskatoon to Texas recently and had trouble at the border when they wouldn’t allow my vehicle in for some reason. I really had no idea what to do. I called a few auto brokers in Minot and got wildly conflicting and unacceptable advice. I drove back to Senchuk Ford in Estevan hoping they could do something. I took my F150 to Senchuk Ford for the 32,000 km service. I received nothing but top notch service. I booked the appointment on line and had to change it two days prior to the time of the appointment. The lady on the phone was very accommodating and had no problem changing my appointment to another date. They performed the service and had my vehicle ready in less than two hours. Took my car in for a brake hose recall. I was almost in an accident leaving the lot because my brakes didn’t work properly. By didn’t work I mean I had to hold it to the floor to get my car to stop. I immediately brought it back and the mechanic audibly sighed when taking the keys back. Even after getting it back my brakes still aren’t the same as when I left the car. They mentioned it was my fault for not having a lot of gas in the tank for the mechanic to test it properly which is absolutely ridiculous. Yes it was low but ... read more
