Wow, Im very sorry that you bad experience with the Senator Apartments. What you described was very unprofessional. However, we have new staff members now. Our current staff works very hard to make our tenants are happy. Our current manager and maintenance staff can repair most of the problems that may arise. We handle complains and service calls immediately. If any tenants are having any problems, contact the current manager and see the results for your self! :)

dear friends and the public, I have lived at the senator apt. since july of 2009. the property manager that has managed the senator apt. in the past, had vary strong management skills and was extremly understandind!!!! since he had resing from his position, the poperty manager hired a new person to run the frunt office, howrer now it seems that there is too much slack with the mantince and the cleaning personel. there has ben a numerous tenants that has seen people in the office after business hours drinking an cleaning,howe... read more

the new manager at the senators is so unprofessional, she thinks she can make up rules to suit her own needs and wishes. she was to send my deposit refund, and or and invoice to explain what was deducted...she did neither. i belive she must have put it in her own pocket.

i use to live at the senators when phylis(i think that was her name)managed them.well i paid my rent month after month,she accused me of lying to her about whether i was getting money,and even went as far as to call the police on me saying i had too much company in my place.after about 2 months of living there she had me evicted.so,there is no way on this earth that i will live there again.actually they still owe me for 1 and a half months of rent that i paid and she gambled it away
