My son lives here this current year. This apartment does noisy, big innovations during the semesters despite many residents are students. My son would be waken up by the loud noise by as early as 7:50. Absolute nightmare to live here. Renovations or constructions take place all the time and they do not tell us. Of the months I lived here, they almost always have renovations going on and I could not sleep. When I complained they told us it wasn't their policy to notify the tenants. If you value sleep time, this ain't the choice.

The Senate Plaza property management and maintenance staff are absolutely incredible. They are always willing to help and are so kind and they have made living in Senate Plaza such a pleasant experience. They go above and beyond and really care for their residents in a way that makes this place truly special and feel like home. I don’t know what we would do without them!
