If you like a place were all they care about is money this is the place to be. We got told off by the neighbors about a parking space which led to the neighbors having people come to our home and threaten us. The neighbors have destroyed the passenger side of my car. We have done everything on our part. they did nothing to the neighbors and will not move us units and still expect us to pay rent. I have children and cannot tolerate this type of behavior. I don’t recommend them because all they care about is money. They don’t care about fixing anything they’re supposed to. If you have a problem they tell you to call the cops. They don't call the pest control for the roaches in the apartment. They don't work with you on the rent. They are so Money hungry. I heard from one of my friend they took back the land that my friend was buying from them lucking my friend got all their money back when they had to go court for it. The front people are very rude. I don’t recommend them because all they care about is money. They don’t care about fixing anything they’re supposed to. We’ve been calling them since July about a broken toilet handle and now that our toilet was clogged, when we called and asked them to fix it their response was well did you pay rent?? Really? Don’t rent through them. This is how mafia works
they were willing to work with me and have stoped by to make sure our shop is doing ok can't ask for more than that.
Sena Properties are old and not well kept. Most apts are roach infested as well as bedbugs and other creepy crawlers. Landlord does not organize pest control effectively and does not keep grounds beautified. They only care about collecting rent and harassing clients. Many tenants have moved out due to poor conditions. The only phone landlord had is a cellphone that is shared thus difficult to contact. Not a very professional company at all.
