I've been going to Sena for over 25 years
On Wednesday Jan 29th, 2025 I took my 7 year old daughter here to get her beautifully natural long hair braided. I spoke with the braider days before, telling them I'll see them soon. We scheduled it for 12 pm, I arrived at 12:03 pm, we waited about 10 maybe 15 mins before the lady showed up. When I called her it sounded like she just woke up, and she was getting out of bed. By now Sena is my family. I’ve been going to her for 20 years!! I have been with her through 3 locations. I have never been disappointed. People here are talking about “lack of customer service” we have to give people some grace when there’s cultural differences. You won’t get quality braids for cheaper anywhere else in the city. I highly recommend her. Where Sena goes I follow 🥰
