I was extremely underwhelmed and disappointed with my pedicure here. The whole thing lasted barely 30 minutes. It felt rushed from start to finish, with very little care or attention to detail. The polish was uneven, messy, and applied in a hurry. Overall, the pedicure just wasn’t worth the price or the time. I rarely leave reviews, but I’m 9 months pregnant and can barely reach my toes—so I was really hoping for a relaxing pedicure and a neat result. Unfortunately, this was incredibly disappointing. The polish is messy, uneven, and just poorly done. It’s frustrating to pay for something that looks like this, especially when I came in specifically to treat myself before baby arrives. Really not the quality or care I expected.
I’ve been coming to Sen for a year now and it’s the best nail salon I’ve been to in Seattle! The technicians are so sweet and always follow the designs I bring even when they’re complicated, and they do a great job! Was so happy with my Halloween nails this year
Exceptional experience at this salon! These ladies went above and beyond to do a great job. I got a cat eye mani, regular pedi. They did a lovely massage with both- + little back massage to make the experience complete. I paid $111 total for my service plus tax and tip.
Just moved away from Seattle and I’m missing getting my gel x nails done with Jessica. She has impeccable attention to detail and my nails look perfect every time she’s done them. Best nail tech I’ve ever had!
