I love authentic Vietnamese coffee, both iced and hot. Their version seemed like a mockup that was watery with tones of bitterness and sweetness, nothing like the rich and flavorful Vietnamese coffee I've had several times before. And at $9.00 with tax (and $10 with a tip), it's outrageously expensive. The vibes intrigued me to try something,also because I was starving and saw they had onigiri which would be something fun, different and quick .No one was at the counter to order one, so I circled around a few times until another customer asked where to order and a brisk" order at the kiosk over there 👉"by an employee was given.There was nowhere on the screen to order onigiri,so I ordered a banh mi.The price was "ok",but it took FOREVER to get, I almost had to leave because I was on a time crunch. Paid $28 dollars for two juices. But did not tip. Seems if you don’t tip they will take 20 minutes at least in a slow store (no other customers). It’s pretty obvious what they are doing and I find it disgusting. In no world does fresh juice take this long- I’ve gotten it from here before when busy (I tipped them because the prices were lower) and the juice came very fast. Never coming back. I’m tired of being extorted for more money. $28 for juice and no service does not warrant a tip. Period.
The fresh sugarcane juice is delicious :) great juice shop!
