Overall, this is has been my favourite nail place for the past year. However, last time I went, I had a really negative experience. The lady I had seemed inexperienced and was extremely rough with my nails. It was painful, and she actually split my real nail down the middle while taking off my acrylics. I wasn’t offered even a discount in return.
Took my mom for her birthday to try the Vietnamese scalp/hair spa. We both had a good experience and shes already talking about going back! (Haha) Thank you!
This is my fourth time here. I’ll start positive with some pros: Nice snd friendly staff Clean environment and tables/chairs Lots of space I have had no issues with any staff besides maybe a little soft spoken, or they talk to another worker but look at me which confuses me somtimes but that’s whatever.
