No means no. If I could give negative stars I would. You can offer all you like, I don't care how you make your side hustle, but when I say no repeatedly you stop touching me and that's it. Will never go back here, not that I imagine they'll care. Don't go here unless you really like them touching your junk over and over after you've said no over and over. If you're into that, be my guest, no judgement. It was actually a really nice massage other than that which really ruined it!
