The customer service here is terrible or maybe they went out of business. My card was charged a month ago and I’ve called probably 30 times to see if the order is in the queue. I’ve emailed them three times with no response. They may be out of business now. 8-05-24
This company has horrible customer service. We always receive nothing but a voice mail and when e-mailing for status of our order no one responds.
Not responsive to customer escalations.
Brought our 1 year old goldendoodle pup to Sen and co and have been bringing her there once a week for a couple months now. Seneca has really helped our pup learn to chill out and that it’s okay not to play 24/7. Our pup seems more mature now for her age and her behaviour has changed a lot since going to sen and co. Would highly recommend!!
