I had a marine gear oil cooler rupture because it was the wrong one for my Twin Disc transmission. Winston at Sen-Dure answered my email request immediately, told me the correct model of cooler I needed, and built it for me in one day then shipped it out fed-x to arrive the next morning. He knew I was time crunched and helped me solve a serious problem. I would give more stars if I could!!!
The customer service here is terrible or maybe they went out of business. My card was charged a month ago and I’ve called probably 30 times to see if the order is in the queue. I’ve emailed them three times with no response. They may be out of business now. 8-05-24
This company has horrible customer service. We always receive nothing but a voice mail and when e-mailing for status of our order no one responds.
