Made me go to the ER & waste 3 hrs for a minor problem because they were ready to go way before 9pm. Bags packed and all. 0/10 won’t recommend!
I am copying my review from their original Google business page that is still active with a 2.2 star rating, since they’re the same clinic, same staff, and same location: Like other reviews stated, front desk needs to be trained, lacked any courtesy or professionalism. I’m not sure she would have even spoken to me if we didn’t make eye contact, even though she saw me park and get out of my car before leaving the front desk window. My visit to the clinic today was by far one of the very best clinic experiences I’ve ever had. The waiting room was empty and clean and the receptionists was so kind and courteous. I was taken back by the nurse promptly after completing my new patient intake forms. She was very kind, gentle and efficient with the tests she conducted and when I needed a shot, her stick was spot on and as painless as it could be.
