My visit to the clinic today was by far one of the very best clinic experiences I’ve ever had. The waiting room was empty and clean and the receptionists was so kind and courteous. I was taken back by the nurse promptly after completing my new patient intake forms. She was very kind, gentle and efficient with the tests she conducted and when I needed a shot, her stick was spot on and as painless as it could be. $60 for a walk in visit to do blood tests (3). They do a pay scale. If you don’t have insurance or income, this is the best place. The by-appointment clinic is $50. Was no wait or anything. Very nice staff.
I have never in my life experienced more unprofessionalism in a clinic!… the front office attendant was nice.. the nurse though, whew!… RUDE is an understatement!… I’ve seriously never met a more rude, impatient nurse in my entire life!… as we are sitting in the room waiting to be seen by the Dr. I can hear this woman call my daughter “drama mama” and argue with the Dr. about wether she should get a urine sample or not.
