The power went out at my home on October 23 at 12:05 AM. I called to report it and was told by Derrick, your representative that there was no planned power outage and he will send a rep. I called 20 minutes later and found out your representative lied to me.You had a planned outage in my area on October 22nd at 11:56PM to October 23rd at 6AM A PLANNED OUTAGE and I was not informed. Sempra should not be sending representatives door to door not wearing masks. And ringing doorbells with clear no soliciting signs, and who argue with me at my home why they don’t need a mask, and can ring doorbell because their just giving info.
workme showed up this morning with no notification. Blocked my drive way started to jack hammer in front of our house and then they dug up our mail box. No explanation as to why this was necessary. They gratefully moved when asked so I could go to work when I came home. My mail box was set back in the whole but not recemwnted. It is leaning over and when you try to open the door it moves. The whole in the street is a big pile of unsmoothed black top. I wanted this fixed immediately. Wtf
