Semplice catered a corporate event for me last night at a local brewery for ~100 people. I gave Sue creative freedom to design a "Taste of Philly" themed menu, and she did not disappoint!!! Everything was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. We had an antipasto display, a slider bar, a mini Philly cheesesteak station, pretzels with a homemade beer cheese (that I had requested), butterscotch Krimpet pudding and KandyKate mousse. Semplice catered a surprise party at my home for 50 people. The food was delicious, everything was set up beautifully and Sue was a big help to keep it a surprise. Our guests raved about the food and it was a pleasure working with Sue and her team.
