Specialties The Semple Mansion holds several stunning rooms for wedding ceremonies, receptions, social hours and relaxing. History Established in 1899. In 2005, the Semple House was purchased by the current owners. Immediately, the company began restoring the house to its original state. Offices have been built in to the second floor where the original bedrooms used to be. The Grand Foyer & original Ballroom are now special event spaces which are large enough for wedding ceremony and receptions.
