This company WAS great until you pay them. As soon as you pay them the sales person will never respond to you. The customer service line is a glorified voicemail. The customer service is non existent and I get the same response that I will get a call back in 3-5 days. They won't even answer a simple question. I had my system installed in December (it's now end of March) and it's still not working properly. The installation of the Powerwall 3 by Edgar and his crew was wonderful. Edgar is very knowledgeable and friendly.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Semper Solaris is hands down the most unprofessional, unresponsive, and incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I had a Tesla Powerwall installed, and it has been nothing but a nightmare ever since. The system has not worked properly, and despite countless attempts to get support, they have completely ignored me.
