We are having technical difficulties with our solar at the moment but I am more than impressed by the customer technical team and especially Josh D for his patience in trying to help us troubleshoot the system. He even went the extra mile to call me the day before my appointment and ask about what we had onsite and noticed our system wasn’t feeding back information. Anthony Robinson worked tirelessly on my heat pump until it worked like new. It was a problem that no one else could find. He found the problem and fixed it. Turned out to be factory wiring was wrong, but I never noticed it until temperature in my area dropped below freezing. I thank Semper Solaris for sending a tech all the way from San Diego. Anthony is the best. Thank you.
