Poor customer service. Janice, Sales Rep Oscar Hernandez, and Ray from Quality Control provided poor service. I even blocked Oscar and asked Janice to remove me from their distro list. I'd of rather dealt with an AI ChatBot than any of them. Would have provided far better customer service.
