Semper Solaris Has been an easy company to work with. Their people are very professional. They’re excellent at following up on issues quickly. They all seem to know their job and explain themselves well. They stand behind their product. Josh was very helpful in getting my system back on line. He walked me through all the steps, explaining everything as we went along. He was very patient and easy to work with.

Technician Josh D. helped me get my Tesla Batteries and solar system back on-line during a virtual trouble-shoot meeting on 7/22/25. We met for about 35-45 minutes where he accessed our system remotely and was a able to resolve the problem in a professional and friendly manner. I was impressed with his outstanding customer service which is rare these days. Very well done sir.
Angie helped us determine why our PG&E true up bill went up almost 100% this year. She also gave us ways to be able to reduce it for this year. Big thanks to Angie at Semper Solaris!!
Warning. Have done 2 projects with semper. While they present well, when I later discovered that their work was out of code, they will not return my emails or calls, and are avoiding all responsibility for the problem they have left.
