Semper Solaris HVAC Installation – Poor workmanship, worse service I signed a contract with Semper Solaris in Sept. 2022 for a new HVAC system at my Fresno home. From the start, the experience was a disaster. Shortly after signing, my assigned Energy Consultant left the company, and I was never given a new contact. Before installation in Nov., the Fresno branch closed, so my crew came from Bakersfield, 100 miles away.
