I want to thank Semper Solaris and Logan for providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. I've had my solar system sold and installed by Semper for 3yrs now. I had a communication problem early on and 8 panels stopped producing last month. They were very responsive and fixed problem in a reasonable amount of time and communicated with me the entire time

I had many issues about my current solar system that I couldn’t get a good answer for until I got help from Angie. She was very helpful and supportive in answering all my questions. She also helped me to change some system settings so it would maximize my power usage. I was very happy with her knowledge and recommend her if you’re in need of help with your solar.

I would not use Semper Solaris. I called them and explained that I have a Sunpower back up battery that needs service. They said no problem we can fix that. After a $300 solar health check up their tech told me they don’t work on that brand. No excuses, I spent several weeks wasting my time trying to get a refund only to be denied. Please stay away unless you want issues with your Solar needs. Now more of my time wasted filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Small claims court .
