This is a very basic installation company. The design team left a lot to be desired. They installed 1/3 of my panels behind a pine tree and the HVAC unit, which casts a shadow after 3 p.m. They could have used the other side of the south-facing roof instead of the west side, where the pine and the HVAC unit are located. I requested the panels be relocated, but they didn't. I spoke with the engineering and Quality Assurance manager regarding this issue, and they took no action.
