I came to semper after my last laser place just wasn’t good anymore. So far, I’ve had such a good experience. The front staff is so welcoming and the laser tech Arin is awesome. She is so knowledgeable about the whole laser process.
I’ve had multiple laser hair removal sessions at Semper Laser Clinic, and unfortunately my experience has become increasingly frustrating. My appointments have been rescheduled several times by the clinic—on multiple occasions, sometimes 3–4 times. While I understand that scheduling issues can happen, this has made it difficult to stay on the recommended treatment timeline of every six weeks.
