Semper’s loan process is like a ride down a bumpy road in a jalopy held together with wire and duct tape. Our take on the Semper style is sloppy, stressful and filled with costly mistakes. I strongly does not recommend this mortgage company. They are totally waisting your time. Loan officer specially Amenda does not have any information related to loan. they really waisted my one month and they just inform me 5 days. So please do not waist your time
