Never had a issue with them until I moved my belongings out of the unit, I left a few things in the unit and told the lady that they could have it and told her I left the unit unlocked. Here it is they called me 1 time left a message and then started calling my family so when I called back the lady told me that the latch broke and I was going to be charged for a latch that they broke ! The unit was locked so why would they break it? So thankfully I took pictures and video of what was left and how I closed the door!

I went there with a friend of mine, and she’s happy with the price of the storage unit, and security, I would recommend this storage company for military, or private storage units, when needed.

Called about vehicle storage. Very shady. Won't give location of storage. Did my own research and found out they store vehicles way out in Maysville. Got the run a round. Woman on the phone was rude too. I'd look elsewhere for storage. And smug replies just make you look worse. When you discover that on two occasions rude service was delivered, a simple apology works well. Rick Simmons Retired USN Submarine Service

I called earlier the person said there is available storage but came to the place the lady in front said no available just wasted our time driving.
