Owners are super respectful and want every customer of theirs to be happy. I would highly recommend renting here if you want to deal with straight up, honest, caring owners. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me even in the couple months I’ve rented with them. Units are very clean. Rental neighbors are super respectful. High quality builds from Pinno builders. All around great place to rent.
Missed the 30 written cancellation notification by 9 days to get my security deposit back. Super understanding. Great place especially like the drive through unit!
This is a bad place of business I put my stuff in this storage and it got damaged they didn't offer to pay for my damage things all they could tell me is I should of had insurance on my things I had to $1300 to replace my things I don't recommend anyone to ever ever rent a storage from this place it is a new bad business place in the fond du lac area and the owner is very disrespectful don't trust this business if your things get damaged they won't pay for your stuff
My daughters family belongings grew mold owner was rude
