I’ve had a climate controlled unit at the Hubert location since Florence. The original items in the unit are in the same condition as the day I left them. The only complaint I have was the sudden and significant hike in the rent last year. It would have been better if they eased into that over a period of time rather than all at once. On the plus side the units are clean and pest free and the climate is well controlled. The also have restrooms which is a plus. On the minus side they are very up tight about you not propping the door open - ever. Not the end of the world, but it makes it very difficult to move stuff in and out without someone tending the door. Also, there are no lights in any of the units, nor any outlets to plug in a light. So don’t forget your flashlight.
