Board/owner BEWARE. All I can say is look up Bill Rivera, Alli Pinkas in Horry county court cases. Quite the history for these 2. Will tell you what you can expect or NOT from their services. I attached pictures of Alli's house. Note the large FU displayed by the garage? She is a property manager for Semper Fi. Oh and check the review on Angi list (previously Angies) Picture attached. I had the pleasure of renting from this company a few years ago. Billy was always kind and fast to notice and repair anything immediately. When the owner decided to move back into their condo he helped relocate me and fond another condo for me. Unfortunately. the owner of that condo moved back to the area and wanted to manage his own property. I really hated to lose Semper Fi. I would highly recommend this company to any one.I would definitely rent from this company again.
I got my very first apartment through these people. In the beginning it seemed like we hit the jackpot for the price of the unit. But there were so many things wrong with the place that we didn't know before. The AC unit broke several times because they didn't want to actually fix it, it took them 3 months to put a working refrigerator in the unit, and 5 months to put kitchen cabinets in.
