When my sump pump went out, I searched for the right company. As a new transplant to Ohio, I didn’t know anybody. But when I saw Semper Fi plumbing, I figured I’d take a chance. And boy, am I glad I did. I’ve never met a more professional and courteous company ever. I got a top of the line model and a back up battery as well. I highly recommend them!

I found Semper Fi plumbing through Google. Being a veteran myself, I knew that the company was owned and operated but a Marine. I called and my call was returned within an hour. Chuck is a great business man with loyalty and integrity. (something you don't find in this world anymore.) My mother was without hot water for 4 days due to an issue with her hot water. Phenomenal service done right! Justin spent the time and hard work getting the roots out of my clogged tight sewer. Spent time answering my questions about the process and equipment being used to clear the blockage THOROUGHLY! A different plumbing company in the area only made the problem worse and then left me to figure out the next step with a shrug of his shoulders. Chuck and Justin are the only ones I trust with the equipment and knowledge to get the job done right. Thank you gentlemen!
