If you’re looking for honest, reliable plumbing services in North Ridgeville, Lorain County, and the surrounding Northeast Ohio area, I cannot recommend Semper Fi Plumbing enough. Our salon, The Point Salon & Spa, lost hot water on the Thursday leading into Memorial Day weekend due to issues with our 18-year-old Lochinvar Hybrid Turbo 60-gallon water tank. 3rd. of July, leaking water tank, unsuccessvely called many plumbers. Called Semper Fi plumbing spoke with Chuck and he was able to schedule me on Mon. to replace the tank. Justin, the technician, was prompt, professional, and friendly. He did a great job! The estimate was totally reasonable. I now have Semper Fi's number on my speed dial.

When my sump pump went out, I searched for the right company. As a new transplant to Ohio, I didn’t know anybody. But when I saw Semper Fi plumbing, I figured I’d take a chance. And boy, am I glad I did. I’ve never met a more professional and courteous company ever. I got a top of the line model and a back up battery as well. I highly recommend them!

I called this company after reading several positive Google reviews so I thought I would share my experience here. I'm giving them two stars only because I called in the morning and they were out to my house at 2:30 that day. Other than that, I wish I would have asked what the cost would be before they got there. In my experience, you are charged for a service call which is usually around $100 to come out and diagnose the problem and then charge by the hour for labor and for any parts. Just moved here and bought a home. Flippers installing the stove rigged the gas line and it was leaking. Chuck came out within 2 hours and had it fixed in 10 min. Great guy that built a great business. Not used to that coming from Vegas. I won’t be calling anyone else after today. Thanks Chuck! Absolute pleasure.
