When my sump pump went out, I searched for the right company. As a new transplant to Ohio, I didn’t know anybody. But when I saw Semper Fi plumbing, I figured I’d take a chance. And boy, am I glad I did. I’ve never met a more professional and courteous company ever. I got a top of the line model and a back up battery as well. I highly recommend them!

I called Semper Fi and never got a call back. However, the owner eventually called and apologized for the oversight. I needed a toilet removed, a new seal and flange placed and the toilet replaced. Justin was prompt, did a great job and didn't overcharge me for the work. The only ISSUE is now the toilet is crooked. It would be nice if they returned to fix it. I would recommend Semper Fi.
I can't say enough good things about this company. They have come through for me time and time again, always going above and beyond. Most recently, they replaced my main storm line and did an absolutely wonderful job. What really sets them apart is that they don't just treat you like a customer, they treat you like family.
