I purchased a 2008 Lexus IS250 from Carlos Santos. Let me preface this with the service (at the time of sale) was good. However, Carlos told us that he would put a new battery in the car since the car's original battery was dead. The day we went to see the vehicle, the battery was dead and they had to pop the lock in order to get in to the car.
