Mike F. Was so good at explaining everything to us. We did not understand how the heating and cooling system works here. But we do now. Mike sat no the floor by my husband and explained everything and we ordered our new system and he made sure it was installed the next day. Thank you Mike for everything. The guys that came and removed everything and installed everything, were great, they would visit with my husband as they walked through the living room, and that meant a lot to him and me also. Over the last 15 years we've been trying to find a reliable and honest company to do our HVAC repairs and eventually to replace the inefficient 30 year old systems. The Radio ad people were pushy and always trying to upsell me. Eventually I tried Semper Fi to get honest prices and quick, safe, and clean installation upstairs and down. We had Semper Fi install a brand new HVAC system and the entire experience has been amazing. From our initial meeting with Dalton to the install team and all the vendors that came to the house for the duct cleaning and repairs it has been flawless. Very satisfied

Thank you Semper Fi. We just got a new HVAC unit installed, and our initial visit from David was very informative. He was patient and available to answer additional questions we thought of days later. The fair quote and payment options offered by Semper Fi were very much appreciated. Techs Javier and Diverous (and I'm sure Abel too, though I did not interact with him much), were amazing. In December I took advantage of a routine furnace inspection special from Semper Fi. I was surprised when I was told my furnace needed to be replaced for nearly $10,000, even though it had been working fine. After my daughter shared our concerns in a review, Semper Fi quickly sent another technician, Cole, to my home in Indian Springs.
