Very unprofessional company. They installed our first AC unit last June. Since then they had to replace our unit twice. Third unit now. Bad compressor, condenser, leaking refrigerant, loud units. Multiple no shows for repairs. This third is a two stages compressor unit, but only one stage is working. Very loud inside and outside the house. Not what we expected from a new ac unit. We don't recommend this company.
Initial work was shoddy and had to be redone. Only accomplished after I requested a supervisor physically see it. The supervisor saw the problem and the work was corrected. The supervisor also said I could use a 'Dog House' on the unit! I haven't heard from them since!
Semper Fi has high overhead prices. When we needed an estimate for a Veteran-run non profit organization, their estimate was the highest out of all 6 we received. The estimator, Gabriel said they have overhead costs that are not competitive with the other bids we received. Veteran-non profit organizations run on a low budget as it is.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We purchased 2 units from them which were installed June 30th. We were promised 2 Reme Halo air purifications systems. It took 6 weeks and 3 appointments to get them installed. 5 appointments, 2 missed days of work and the painting of the ceiling still has not been completed. The last tech for the painting asked if we had paint for him to use and then wanted to cut a sample out of the drywall which was just repaired in order to match it.
