Son Bought a new grasshopper it has been in shop more than I have had it in my possession. Owner won’t take his calls and they won’t repair it! Do not buy from them!
they can't fix what they sell in a timely manner!!
The repair Dept is the best around the area.. they are fair and guarantee there work!!
RecommendedExtremely helpful and friendly. Had battery problems with an old motorcycle battery and Chris went the extra mile to help me out and didn't even purchase it there. Didn't charge me anything just being helpful. Highly recommend. Definitely will be my 1st stop for future purchases.
Chris is the best around. Always takes care of his clients and does what he can to help out. Helped me big on a insurance claim I had on a mower last month.
We bought two Toro mowers from them. Have not used them 2 years and both of them needed new blades; just regular home law mowing. The belt kept coming off one of them so we took it back to be repaired. Service started off good———-then nothing. They kept putting it off and coming up with different problems. My husband called several times and was greeted with very rude servicemen. Today when he picked it up, he asked about a cord that he used on the mower.
