The landlord hasn't responded to my questions about the security deposit since I moved out, and he has rejected all of my phone calls.
My friend and her husband lived in this place for 2 years. And they gave 1 month of notice to the landlord. They absolutely cleaned the place like no one does. They even painted it so it looked just perfectly fine. When they left the city, the landlord, Nick (Bi Xing Liu) did not respond back to them since my friends asked for their deposit. Don’t rent here. He won’t give you back your security deposit and claim falsely that it spent on damages and cleaning but wont give you any evidence.
