Usually the best pizza place in the area. Not tonight, called in order, my usual, Bronx add onion, was told it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. Upon arrival, was greeted at the front desk with a scatter brained young lady that just didn't seem to even want to acknowledge me. After telling her who I was and what I was there for, she asked if I was paying cash or card, don't know what that has to do with anything, but walked away when I said card. The food was slow to arrive, but good. When it was time to pay, we explained to the waitress that we had 2 Visa gift cards (with specified balances) to use as partial payment for our bill. I also gave her my debit card for the remainder of the bill. Speaking rather loudly from behind the bar (where customers were waiting for their take-out orders) to us at our booth about six feet away, she tells us that the first Visa had been declined. Been sitting here an hour and a half and still haven't got our food. Horrible.
Today was our first time here and we loved it!! Pizza was great, everything was spotless & Andrea was awesome! Fresh ingredients and great service! We will be back! Thank you for a great lunch!
This was our first time ordering for carry out. The young ladies were very pleasant! The store was very clean. When I got the food home ��� the pizza was amazing and the meatball sub was just as good. It's our new favorite pizza place. Well def be back.
