The lady was screaming at my one year old while repeatedly poking her to draw blood, only one parent was allowed in the room to help hold her down
I figured I should share this tidbit of extremely important information for everyone that's not a current patient of the Mobile County Health Department. It truly caught me off guard today when I learned it!! But, they stop making appointments at 4:30pm during their business hours. I'm not sure exactly why they stop or don't allow it but I just thought everyone should be aware. ****UPDATE**** I WAS able to get through to someone and scheduled an appt.
