Shop told me they'd take my car in and look at the issue (clutch engagement issue on a cable clutch ford world class t5). Got a call two days later a couple hours before they closed saying they're not touching it and the car is outside with the keys in it and needs to be picked up. Was never told why, it's like they didn't even look at it. When I got there the car was parked out next to the sidewalk with the keys in it, if I wouldn't have been out of work early enough it would have sat there until later at night. I worked in this shop for 27 years the man took the shop over fired every one with no warning im the trannyman ive been called that for 30 years I guess he thought my name went with the place he didn't even know how to build a transmission he is a wanna be trannyman he gives cristains a bad name im glad im not one if that's how they are what a joke
I highly recommend Semmens for All auto repairs. I was able to get my transmission for $500 less then 3 other repair shops. They were so Friendly to deal with . Being a single women I felt so comfortable and knew I was not being taken for a fool. I was able to get my car repaired and back running in 2 days, which was very helpful . The warranty that came with my transmission was wonderful as well. Thank you Semmens for making such a nasty situation much more tolerable .
