Semira was so wonderful. Helping me but a house from out of state was a huge project, but she coordinated and made herself available to me and my million questions. She even helped me find a good contractor and other people I needed! Highly recommend.
Semira was so helpful and important for us during the process of buying our first home! On each tour, she helped us to understand what we were looking at (and what we should look for) and showed a true willingness to meet us at each home we wanted to tour, despite them being outside of her normal selling area. Semira also took the time to explain each aspect of our purchase agreement, negotiated seamlessly with sellers, and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion, which was very beneficial as first time homebuyers.... read more
If you're looking for a relator that just knows thier stuff... then stop looking and continue reading this review. Semira does the research. She knows the market. She's a timely communicator. She has an eye for what needs to happen on the buy side & sell side. She loves what she does and she doesn't miss the mark! I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture.
