WAY understaffed!!!! Forget the jacuzzi tub they show you on the tour, cuz they never use it!!! Office staff is rude (Candy) just down right rude!!! They do NOT take care of your loved one!! My mom’s on her 3th UTI cuz they don’t clean her well and her shower hasn’t been cleaned in weeks!!!
