Are you still in business?  I’ve been using your company for 35 years and all of a sudden you people don’t answer the phone. Recorded message says your number is not in service. Your call center sucks. I guess it’s time for a new company.

AWFUL SERVICE!! DO NOT RECOMMENED! I would give zero stars if I could. I inherited a property and needed the septic tank located. I called to schedule that service with them. Customer service told me someone would call me back in 1-2 business days. I called on a Wed - by the following Monday no one had called so I called again. This woman said she could schedule the service for me right then. We made the appointment for Thursday of that week. We scheduled it for the morning. Chris came into my restaurant for dinner with his family and gave me his business card. I took the opportunity to ask him a ton of questions (seemed like a hundred) and he answered them all. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his professional manner. Not only will I use Seminole Septic in the future, but I will also let my friends and peers know about this company! David Wilson was very professional, explained to me how to help keep the smell from tanks down, also explained to me about the schedule for my tank size. he was courtious, took his time and got the job done. THANK YOU DAVID

After I had another company come out and charged me a service fee and did nothing! I called metro-rooter and not only did they come out same day and un stopped my clogged sewer drain, I learned why it clogged in the first place and how to keep it from happening again and what to do if it ever happens again. Hi everyone. I just want you to know I was recently in a bad situation far from home, coming from a patient's residence and found myself stuck at a gas station with a dead car battery! This very kind man from Metro Rooter not only purchased jumper cables, he was successful at reviving my battery.
