I used to live in Seminole Palms and I also have a few friends living there. I have noticed that a lot of the townhomes on Christie Drive are for sale. I hope the owners are telling you that it flooded twice last year from the hurricane and water did go inside their townhomes. Plus, it flooded in the front parking lot of Christie Drive in front of their townhomes. There is also a family that lives next to one of the townhomes that are for sale. Roof was replaced by HOA in 2021 and was immediately leaking into individual units due to the roofing company’s failure to properly seal exterior vents on the roof causing interior water damage to multiple townhomes, for which owners were never compensated. The entire back of the property along Christie Drive and the entire front parking lot flooded twice in 2024 during the hurricanes and water intrusion destroyed the bottom floor level of multiple properties along Christie Drive.
