The reason for such a low review is when you buy an extra warranty but cant use it. Why? Because it will sit a week before even being looked at, followed by maybe another week, two or more. That's minimum 2 weeks for a rental. They don't have a service car. I work and drive kids to school. I don't have another car for back up.
I scheduled an oil change and let the advisor know that I had to be out before My appointment was at 7 and I was the first one there, About 8:15 I went to see why it was taking so long and they were just putting the oil in. I was told it would 15 more minutes, but 15 turned into 25 due to my points weren’t applied as requested. They had me late for work I finally get out to my car and the simple minded technician that serviced my car had oil all over my floor may 😡. Had a 12:00 pm oil change appointment, got here at 11:30 am, it is now 2:30 pm. Haven’t even gotten an update or anything. Zero stars for service and 5 stars for getting you upset. This place has zero professionalism
Not everyone who works there does a good job, but blessed are those who strive to do and give their best.
