Actually mind blowing how incompetent the employees are here. I called two days prior to my appointment. Made sure they have the part MADE sure they knew why I was coming in. Took off work came and drove 25 minutes just to be told that they need my vehicle for two freaking days TO DIAGNOSE… are you joking me right now. Oh and I’m gonna be charged a $299 diagnostic fee - unless it’s deemed a special coverage. are you freaking kidding me do you even hear yourself you guys are so incompetent. BEWARE! I had my vehicle towed into Seminole Chevrolet, since it was the nearest Chevy dealership in the vicinity of my car stalling. I thought I would undoubtedly receive the same high quality service I've experienced in the past from other Central Florida Chevrolet dealerships. Unfortunately, this was a very costly lesson. I was duped into thinking my car stalling was due to "a wiring issue". When I asked for the total, it was $1700 worth of repair, parts and labor.
