The woman who “helped” us when we walked in the store should not be a salesperson. She pointed us to one carousel of value carpet (not a name brand) and was completely disinterested in showing us higher end options. Sad, as we were ready to purchase carpeting when we walked in.
Had a great experience with vinyl flooring and carpet. Excellent communication throughout the ordering and delivery of products! Paul is so helpful. Ken’s followup was timely and very satisfactory! Highly recommend this business!
