Worst place I ever lived..my neighbors were wonderful...the leasing manager is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met...all the other tenants are afraid of her.. plus she loves to tell all the other tenants your personal business...I had other tenants ask me how did court go today I asked how did you know..,oh Pat told me,.. completely blew my mind considering I am a victim/survivor of domestic violence....I would recommend this place only if Ms. Pat no longer works there.., I know have a lawyer involved.,

My daughter rented an apartment at Seminary Roundtop, building 801, for a couple of years and it was a very unpleasant experience for her because they allowed the elderly tenants to totally run the place. She had the worst experience with an elderly man who lived directly under her on the 2nd floor who would bang on his walls and ceilings very loudly if his neighbors walked a little too hard across the floor or spoke a little too loud. The leasing agent (older women, brown hair) in office was very rude. Came in looking for info and felt very unwelcomed. Put a post it note if you don’t want your lunch interrupted or simply tell your guest to come in at another time, instead of being rash. Not sure if the lady was having a bad day, but her attitude and way of speech was very demeaning. In the end, i didn’t want to continue to be disrespected and told her to have a nice day and led myself out the door. Hope everyone else has a better experience.

I have lived here for nearly a year and a half. I love that it’s quiet, lots of parking. Love that it’s surrounded by trees and close to the shops and restaurants but the best part of this complex is the maintenance team. I have never had a better maintenance man than George. He is always kind and they resolve issues quickly. We’ve never had it take longer than a few hours to address our needs. I would give George 6 stars if I could.
