Coming back to actually talk about some stuff instead of leaving a blank review. Apartment was acceptable. They charged us for some things after our move out--some were on us, no doubt about it, but some were pre-existing issues that made been there since we moved in, so we (incorrectly) assumed those had been noted prior. Other stuff-- basement floods more than could be considered a "one-off", laundry machines repeatedly ate quarters, and the common areas floors were only cleaned once a year as far as I was aware. I had an incredible experience with Seminary Properties. Everyone I've interacted with at Seminary is very responsive, kind, and professional. Maintenance is quick and often fixes issues the same day. The team is also easy to speak with, very proactive about any issues, and will always answer your questions. I highly recommend Seminary and would rent with them again.

I’ve lived in a seminary properties apartment for almost 3 years and had an overall great experience. Like others have said, the maintenance requests are always handled immediately, and correspondence between the tenants is always quick, clear and respectful. The apartment is in great condition and great price, and rent doesn’t raise too much each year I’ve lived here.
