I’ve lived in a seminary properties apartment for almost 3 years and had an overall great experience. Like others have said, the maintenance requests are always handled immediately, and correspondence between the tenants is always quick, clear and respectful. The apartment is in great condition and great price, and rent doesn’t raise too much each year I’ve lived here. Our maintenance requests are always handled expeditiously and the staff is considerate and friendly.
Have lived in one of their properties for 4 years now and it has been great. Maintenance requests are taken care of immediately and they are very good about upkeep on their properties. Rent increases have been reasonable and less than others in the area. Highly recommend renting through them.
