Hello, my name is Cristal and I just wanted to share my experience with Laura for couples therapy. My partner and I have been taking couples theraphy with her for about four months now. Therapy has helped me learn more about myself and my partner. I love that she is extremely flexible with the times of our meetings. I also find it very helpful that she is fluent in both Spanish and English. I speak both languages, however my stronger language would be English while my partners would be Spanish. Started with couples concealing in the beginning of the year I had such a great experience I decided to also do individual sessions. I was asked if I would like to join group therapy and of course I wanted to give that a try as well, this is really a safe space and I hope anyone who is looking for help gives this place a try! Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable.

Initially, I was very hesitant to begin therapy because of a poor experience I had in the past. Despite that, I am incredibly grateful to a friend who introduced me to the wonderful agency Semillas. She spoke so highly of the Inner Child workshops led by Marielena that I felt encouraged to take the first step toward seeking therapy again.
