DO NOT BOOK SERVICE FROM HERE. The price for the assistant therapist is $90. However, they charged $120 for a 40-minute session with an uncertified therapist, claiming it included a 40-minute direct session and a 15-minute indirect session. When I inquired about the 15-minute indirect session, they explained that it was for preparation before the session. Charging for preparation time is unacceptable. My daughter has been visiting for nearly a year, and I haven't seen any significant improvement. The most frustrating aspect has been the customer service. In July, there was a price change, increasing the cost of our 45-minute session with the SLP assistant from $80 to $90. However, we were charged $120 instead.
