Users trucks smart to make an appointment. Went inside to check in for a tire patch. She didn’t say anything about the wait and since it was 8 am when I checked in I hopped that I wouldn’t take long. So I stayed 2 hours and after that I went back inside and asked how much longer it’s going to take and she told me 3-4 hours and I just left. I know that a patch it’s not a whole lot of labor but anyway you could’ve done it
Waited 12 hours for a dot on a trailer. I was supposed to be in a stall in 30 minutes. Was not happy.
James Kylee and Jeremy did absolutely fantastic. Would give them a raise if I could. SO COURTEOUS AND SO RESPECTFUL. WILL COME BACK AGAIN!
Stopped by today had an air leak took me a few hours to get me in the shop cause I had 6 ppl ahead of me. But once they got me in Jeff the technician explained what was leaking and what he had to do to fix it and tested our other systems to make sure there were no other air leaks thanks for the great service
