Charged for work not done. Refused to return money, made up bogus invoice for Discover Card and they excepted it. Don't use them or Discover card. If you use them shame on you. BAD BAD COMPANY
Never used them. But the rates on their website are ridiculous. dispatch fee of $89.99 + $175 an hour (minimum of 4 hours) + $1.75 per mile...What a joke!
