We just had Sema Roofing Experts replace our asphalt shingles on one-half of our roof and membrane roofing on the other flat half at our home on the Oregon Coast. This was probably the most positive construction work we have experienced. We just had Sema put a new asphalt roof on our house and add gutter guards. The workman were efficient, tidy, very nice and communicative and on time. We loved to work with Maicela, office manager, and owner Sergio on getting ready for the new roof and the excellent follow-up.

Had a new roof put on this week by SEMA roofing, and have used their services as a subcontractor many times with a GC. They are truly experts, and will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Their Foreman, Jaime, is a great communicator and made sure the job was done properly and completely in 2 days. Highly recommend.

Sema replaced our entire roof including our garden shed and pump house. What a Great Professional job. They were all courteous and very clean as they worked. Jaime the Crew leader was Freakin Awesome. Answered all questions completely and in depth. Sergio was Very Professional and knowledgable. We will be recommending to all who ask or talk about replacing a roof. They also put New Gutters on all buildings and WOW do they look Good. Thank You Sema.
