SEM Power was selected by a committee of the then Sarasota County Solar Co-Op. SEM Power installed my solar system in August 2017 (did not go active until Oct 2017). Before solar, my biggest bill was $275.26 and the high average was $184.61. After solar, my smallest bill was $26.53 and the low average was $90.47 and the 2020 YTD average is $77.29. Great overall experience and great value. Mike was the most prepared by far of all 6 solar companies I had come out and quote me for solar panels. He also continued to follow up and make sure every part of the process went smoothly. Just for reference my electric bill was normally 200 a month and all I have had the last 2 months is the $30 admin fee so well worth the money and investment. Would recommend this company SEM to anyone.

From the point of signing the dotted line I have felt like I've been ghosted by an ex. Every interaction has been initiated by us. We've had to demand the stuff that was promised at the start and I still haven't seen the light bulbs they promised. They installed quickly but that's where it stops. We were impressed to believe that they would help each step of the way. Nope! We've been left to deal with the power company.
