Stayed at SEM Haven’s rehab center twice in 2017. Cannot say enough positive things about the quality of care, outstanding staff members, the food, and the environment at SEM. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love this facility.
SEM Haven has a staff of very caring and kind individuals. My grandmother and our family were pleased with the environment and care she received at SEM Haven.

I walked in on June 27 around heard the receptionist say they needed 2 mouse traps in the kitchen!
Sem Haven is a great facility for care of your loved one. The nursing staff there aides also their activity directors the rehab unit is all awesome. The dietary unit has the best Cooks they are amazing . They work together to take care of each individual and their needs. It's very clean and taken well care of. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
