After calling three times and the gentleman I talked to did not know anything about they came over on 8/12/2025 . they came over and trim tree but did not trim the big limb hanging over onto my property side they could’ve reached over the fence and grabbed the Liam And pulled it over the fence, but I guess it was too hard for them to do that. Thank you so a realtor for doing a crappy job and here’s some of the pictures.
Online says they are open sat from 10-3pm. None of their phone numbers work. Very disappointing not to mention their 3 times the rent income!
The application process with this company is a total scam! They advertise homes that are still occupied, with no expected availability date. They collect the $40 application fee per person and the market is so tight in Ukiah that there are sometimes as many as 50 applicants for one home. Imagine how much money they are collecting from all those people that had applied for the month or more they had advertised the home, but had to turn down.
