Very nice 55 or older community in an historic building. Friendly people.
Moved in June 2023. Upon signing my lease was told by Robin, manager, "We have had a bed bug issue in the past". Pointed out to me if tenants have any issue with any bug infestation, it is in your lease you are responsible for out of pocket expense of professional extermination I find out in September in fact there was a current infestation in second and third floor. I wrote attorney General state of MO. I got out of my lease moving November. Dysfunctional management and owners at Homkor KC MO.
Manager has s no idea how to run a complex. She talks and lies to the renters! The place has a bed bug infestation going on a real now and Robin will not admit it and let's people move in.them knowing they have bugsthemarguments that are
